The project consists of a rehabilitation of the former historic PEUGEOT headquarters (1973).
This is a 35,000 m² real estate complex with an imposing structure of the large gallery on the ground floor.
GAMMA industries was selected for the construction of the technical floors with the provision of:
- 38 mm Burobox panels in 675×675 mm, M1 fire rated
- Burobox 25 MO 675×675 slabs for high building heights (IGH) based on M0 mineral panels
