Le réemploi Gamma Industries

A large-scale project

In Vélizy-Villacoublay, the deconstruction of the former Stellantis automotive R&D site, supported by the VGP group, marks the launch of an ambitious project. The aim: to recycle or reuse 90% of materials, in a resolutely circular economy approach.

The role of Gamma Industries ♻️

Alongside Bouvelot TP, Demcy and Desneux (Groupe BIR), Gamma Industries is playing an active role in this operation by ensuring the re-use of the raised access floors. These elements are carefully deposited on site, then transported to our workshops where they are inspected, cleaned and reconditioned. Once reconditioned, they are reintroduced into the circuit for use on future projects, thus contributing to a responsible and sustainable approach.

A new way of building

This project is a perfect illustration of new building and civil engineering practices: rational dismantling, on-site sorting, materials recovery... A virtuous model in which each player plays a complementary role. At Gamma Industries, we are convinced that every component can have a second life. We are proud to contribute to this structuring project, which is the precursor of a new 85,000 m² business park designed to accommodate SMEs and manufacturers in a sustainable environment. This project symbolizes our concrete commitment to a more responsible and innovative industry.
